Unique features
The interior is designed down to the last detail for comfort, style and serenity. Everything was custom-designed and crafted, with careful attention to balance and aesthetics. Open spaces, abundant daylight and intentionally framed views create a harmonious living environment. The swimming pool, surrounded by wooden decking reminiscent of a ship’s deck, enhances the feeling of luxury and relaxation that this home radiates. Every aspect of the interior is focused on a serene experience, where functionality and refinement perfectly complement one another.
Use of materials
The southern atmosphere is subtly yet powerfully reflected in the choice of materials. Silver travertine, a natural stone with soft tonal variations, brings calm and elegance to the interior. Combined with warm olive veneer, this results in a timeless blend of natural structures and rich textures. These materials emphasize the Mediterranean character and turn this villa into more than just a home, it becomes a place where every day feels like a touch of vacation.
