Interior architect

We are looking for an experienced and creative interior architect with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience. You have a strong sense of design, functionality, and material selection, and are able to translate concepts into high-quality interior designs. You are self-reliant, possess excellent communication skills and can manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing sight of the bigger picture.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop creative interior concepts and designs for a wide range of projects.
  • Lead and manage the design team.
  • Translate clients’ wishes and requirements into functional and aesthetically compelling design proposals.
  • Guide projects from concept development through to completion.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Select materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
  • Monitor project schedules, quality standards, and design objectives throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct site visits and provide support during the construction and implementation phases.

THE MUST KNOWS:

  • A Bachelor’s degree (HBO level) in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
  • Registered with the Architects Register.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in independently managing and leading projects.
  • Affinity with exclusive design and a solid understanding of developments within the luxury villa and high-end interior sectors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license
