We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented team player with at least 3 years of experience in developing luxury residential interiors. You work in a structured and communicative way, actively contribute to both design and execution, and enjoy translating complex concepts into clear and buildable drawings.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Technical 2D/3D development in Vectorworks (floor plans, elevations, sections, and details).
  • 3D modelling in SketchUp and rendering with V-Ray to create compelling visualisations.
  • Preparing material and furniture specifications, as well as technically accurate working drawings for production and construction.
  • Collaborating with designers, suppliers, and executing parties.
  • Contributing ideas on lighting, bespoke furniture, and finishing levels appropriate for high-end residential projects

THE MUST-KNOWS:

  • You are proficient in Vectorworks and SketchUp. Experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and V-Ray is considered an advantage.
  • You have broad knowledge of materials and techniques, enabling you to create innovative designs and practical solutions.
  • You are fluent in both Dutch and English, and you hold a valid driver’s license
