We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Projectmanager to join our team. You will serve as the key link between our clients and the design team, overseeing the entire process from concept development to project completion. With your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, you are able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, ensure smooth project progress, and act as the primary point of contact for our clients.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate luxury villa construction and high-end interior projects from design through to completion.
  • Monitor project planning, progress, and quality standards.
  • Manage and coordinate communication with clients, designers, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Act as the central point of contact for all project stakeholders.
  • Organize and lead project meetings and site visits.
  • Identify and resolve challenges to ensure the smooth execution of projects

THE MUST KNOWS:

  • Preferably a Bachelor’s degree (HBO level) in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Experience with CAD software; knowledge of Vectorworks and BIM is considered an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with experience managing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Affinity with exclusive design and knowledge of developments within the luxury villa and high-end interior sectors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license.
