We listen carefully, ask the right questions, and share inspiring ideas and possibilities. In this way, we jointly determine the direction for the design process.

Based on this brief, we translate the ideas into three concept designs, supported by mood impressions and 3D hand sketches. We present a range of possibilities: from a practical base plan to a more exclusive proposal within the defined parameters. Step by step, you can sense which direction fits best, and together we make the decisions for further development. The design is then refined in several stages. Each element is budgeted and visualized in 3D, enabling well-informed decisions and creating a clear picture of both the project and the budget.

Once the direction is confirmed, we translate the design into technical drawings and detailed specifications. These documents precisely describe how each part will be executed, which materials will be used, and the level of detailing required. Everything is compiled into one clear package for tender requests and the final project budget.

In the realization phase, we assemble a carefully selected project team of the best contractors and craftsmen. We take full responsibility for the coordination, from the first construction meeting to the final finishing touches.
