PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

This website processes the following personal data: first and last names, address, telephone number, gender, email-address, IP address, location data, internet browser, device type, actions made on this website (read more about this in the cookies section). We also process personal data that you actively provide, for example in written correspondence and/or by call.

 

PROCESSING OF SPECIAL AND/OR SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA

You may be asked for your personal details that are relevant to the situation in question for example, a citizen service number (BSN) for applying for a building permit or a CV for a job application. The employees of ERIC KANT contemporary design who have access to personal data are trained in handling your data carefully.

Our website and/or services does not have the intention to collect information from its visitors who are younger than 16 years old unless consent has been granted by their parents or guardians. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16 years of age. Therefore, it is advised that parents are involved in the online activities of their children in order to prevent information about their children being collected without parental consent.

SOCIAL WIDGETS

Within the website, there may be buttons to promote (“like”) or share (“post”) webpages on social networks such as Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn. RIGHT TO ACCESS, ADAPT OR DELETE YOUR DATA

You have the right to view correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by ERIC KANT contemporary design. You have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we have about you in a computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data, or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to our Data Protection Officer via info@erickant.com, subject: Data Protection.

To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity along with your request. Please make sure that your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) blacked out in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. When it comes to accessing personal data linked to a cookie, you must send a copy of the cookie in question. You can find these in the settings of your browser. We will respond to your request as soon as possible within 4 weeks. ERIC KANT contemporary design would like to point out that you can also file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
