This old house has a special soul, a rich history where a lot has happened. A special house with character that had to be renovated.

ERIC KANT contemporary design designed the new interior and Rianne Landstra did the special styling. The result is an enchantingly warm, livable and luxurious interior.

Soft luxury materials such as nubuck leather, rich fabrics and color combinations have been used. Technology has been integrated invisibly in various places.

For example the TV elevator in the master bedroom and the electrically operated rice paper roller screens in the walk-in closet are technical feats that make it truly luxurious.
