An old building with a lot of character and a rich history. That was the starting point for this special renovation assignment. ERIC KANT contemporary design fused two worlds, the old world and the new. Together they make poetry and reinforce each other.

In close consultation with our client, a new layout was created that suited their lifestyle and family situation. While retaining all the characteristic elements, the entire house was modernized and equipped with the requested new technology and comfort.

An overwhelming end result that is so much more than the sum of its parts alone.
